 Highlights Our Machine
   
Our machines are warranted for three years. Except for wear parts, bearing, and rubber parts.
 
Our machines can take feed size from zero to 100 mm model wise. The size feed increases capacity wise. for smallest model of sand making machine is 12 mm and is up to 100 mm for    VSI having capacity of 200 tph. The most economical feed size for crushing is 1:3 ratio. For    manufacturing sand most economical feed size recommended is all metal passed from 12 mm    square mesh size ( longest length up to 16 mm ) Feeding 0 to 12 mm all mixed to sand machine    gives much better sand.
 
Sand of any F.M. specification, or zone can be manufactured by changing the sieves of the    vibrating screen.
 
Our VSI machine can be used for mostly all industrial minerals and recycling waste.The wear    cost may be different for material to material. Wear is a factor of Hardness of the stone, feed    size and abrasive quality of the material.

Now, we supply the machine with our New Wear resistance Rotor (Patented) which gives long     life. the wear cost is very less. The life of the rotor is very long ( upto 5000 hours depends upon material)
 
Our machines are oil lubricated with forces circulation, the heat of the oil is extracted in heat     exchanger. The machine can run round the clock with out any interruption. More efficient     than grease lubrication
 
 A separate sheet is attached for comparison of Grease Lubrication Vs. Oil Lubrication. Oil lubrication saves about Rs115000 per year.
 
The surface texture of the sand particle, is very good.
 
Our Machines are much sturdy and strong in construction.
 
For Making sand (3.2 To 3.8 F.M.) we assure capacity of our machine Plus or minus 10%
 
A classifier ( air washing) can be fitted in series to separate extra Dust in sand if required.
 
We can supply complete plant, portable Plants on trolley.
 
The rotating mechanism and other body are separated by anti vibration padding, no vibrations are transferred to structure.
 
The rotor which is a main part of the machine, is designed on super flow principle, which gives the obstruction free flow of material, reduces wear cost to a substantial.
 
Our machines gives consistence Gradation regardless of the condition of wear parts.
 
Damp material having moisture up to 4% can be crushed with any clogging.
 
A special internal air circulation System of V.S.I. makes it dust free in operation.
 
While crushing fine ( sand) dust may be emitted from out let, and can be suppressed by spraying water at out let.
 
Our machine have very low noise level not more than 70 Db at 10 mtrs.
 
The estimated life of the bearing is about 50,000 hours working with proper lubrication system. Any abusive lubrication system, operating with Excessive vibration may reduce the life of bearing. No guarantee regarding bearing life is given.
 
No tramp iron should enter in the machine. The Wear parts are very hard, and may get broken due to tramp iron. It is strongly recommended to install a magetic separator at the feeding end to the machine.
 
The bearing cartage is oil lubricated by forced oil pumping. The ultra 10 W oil of Servo make is recommended. Change the oil after every 1500 hours working or when the oil looses it's viscosity which ever is earlier.
 
The VSI crusher is driven by Vee belts. Proper belt tension is very important. Loose or very tight belts may affect the capacity of the machine.
 
Every machine is supplied with maintenance and operation manual. Before operation, it must be read and all instructions must be followed strictly.
